Kaywood is a local enterprise from Pandeglang, Banten, dedicated to sustainable woodcraft, specializing in wooden watches and accessories crafted from reclaimed wood waste. Born from the concern over the untapped potential of factory wood scraps, Kaywood carries a fresh spirit: transforming remnants into creations, turning waste into value. We believe that every piece of wood holds a story. From discarded factory pallets to leftover cuts of sonokeling, teak, and mahogany, we reclaim and refine them into high-quality products with strong functional and aesthetic value.

Our main collections include wooden watches with traditional woven straps, desk clocks, phone holders, passive speakers, and other handcrafted desk accessories. Each product is not just a lifestyle complement but also embodies the philosophy of sustainability and local heritage. Kaywood’s uniqueness lies in the fusion of modern design, natural materials, and the cultural essence of the archipelago. We collaborate with local artisans such as Baduy weavers and partner with local designers and artists to create authentic and meaningful products. For instance, our watch straps are made from genuine Baduy handwoven textiles, adding cultural value while empowering local communities.

In our production process, we embrace circular economy principles by managing waste responsibly. Small leftover wood pieces are not discarded but transformed into smaller items such as keychains or desk ornaments. Even our packaging uses recycled materials from repurposed wooden pallets reflecting our commitment to the environment. As an MSME rooted in local traditions, we actively participate in training, exhibitions, and empowerment programs that support the transformation of small enterprises into sustainable and green businesses.

Our vision is to become a local woodcraft brand that competes in both national and global markets while preserving local values, cultural wisdom, and responsibility for the Earth.
